SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS OVER $50

Enjoy FREE shipping on all domestic orders when you make a purchase over $50! (In the USA)

 

Shipping Time:

  • Our goal is to have your order processed within 3-5 business days. Usually takes 3-10 business days for shipping. (International orders may take longer due to customs). Due to COVID-19 expect delays in shipping time. Estimated 7-14 Business Days.

  • We try to get orders shipped as fast as possible while still upholding to our standard of quality.

  • Due to high volume of orders near the deadline shipping times may vary.

 

Delivered but not received:

  • If tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to the shipping address for your order, but you have not received your products, please contact the carrier (USPS, DHL) directly in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your shipping address.

 

Tracking:

  • Once the order is processed and scanned you will receive an email with your tracking number.

  • When the carrier receives your package and scans it the tracking info will be updated. (Please allow 24 hours)

  • If you do not receive an email with tracking please contact Customer Support directly.

 

Address Correction:

 

Orders sent back to us:

  • Orders that have undeliverable address will be sent back to us. If we receive your order back we will contact you for and address update. 

  • Once the order is reshipped out you will receive a new tracking number.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

REFUND/RETURN POLICY: 

 

Refunds:

All sales are final. We apologize, but we are not able to give refunds. Once an order is placed, your contest entries are automatically and immediately submitted. We cannot tamper with the entries for the giveaway.

 

Exchanges:

We welcome all exchanges. Any item you would like to exchange for another size or style must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition. Customer is responsible for shipping it to Adapt Street Apparel and shipping charges for the new product. You can exchange merchandise for any item or items of equal value, or you may increase and pay the cost increase. We cannot approve any downgrade that would result in a refund. Contest entries cannot be altered or rescinded.

 

Boxers/Socks/Underwear:

 

Unfortunately we do not exchange any boxer, socks or underwear products due to hygiene and saftey.

 

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
